Kraken, a cryptocurrency exchange, will pay $1.5 billion to acquire NinjaTrader.
In a $1.5 billion deal announced Thursday, cryptocurrency exchange Kraken said that it will buy futures trading platform NinjaTrader, increasing its user base and diversifying its asset offerings.
The first half of 2025 is when the deal is anticipated to close.
NinjaTrader was established in 2003 and offers around 2 million traders a desktop and mobile retail future trading platform.
