Elon Musk Releasing OpenAI Lawsuit

Elon Musk has withdrawn his lawsuit against OpenAI, according to Cryptomantr  News.

The day before a federal judge is to determine whether to dismiss or allow the case to proceed, Elon Musk apparently backed out of his lawsuit against OpenAI and its CEO, Sam Altman. Musk filed a breach of contract lawsuit against OpenAI in March, alleging that the ChatGPT developer had strayed from its initial goal of using AI to advance humanity rather than just make money. Regarding its safety and security stance, OpenAI is still being closely examined. A number of the company’s original executives have departed, claiming that Altman and the leadership valued flashy products more highly than prudent AI development.
